Excellent quick delivery, fab price and really tasty bars and flapjacks

It is such as shame to say this. I ordered from Tribe.
19 days later and my items did not arrive.
6 days ago I emailed to ask for assistance. No reply.
Yesterday I emailed again. No reply.
I came to Trustpilot and see the same issue with other customers. Below the other reviews I see the co-founder Rob apologising and asking them to contact them on their person email.
I give them the benefit of the doubt and email the co-founder. No reply. Therefore the email he gives out in response to the bad reviews is useless.
Luckily I paid with Paypal. Paypal resolved the issue and refunded me instantly.
What a shame. I won't be a future customer nor will I mentioned this company to anyone. I hope the Tribe Team and Rob learn from this and improve on their communication skills.

Update - I finally received the items which is 3 weeks late in total. I have contacted Tribe again to let them know as they still have not replied to my emails and I have offered to repay them. Lets see if they even bother to reply. These items will be donated to a food bank now as I do not want to try them.

Great tasting bars and flapjacks. They feel like a treat and are really filling. Perfect for a slow, mindful snack. Processing and dispatch time was good as well.

Omg received the taster box for £2, everything is delicious and I've gone on to order more but not on the subscription as I want to be in control of what I order. Highly recommend.

The snack bars and breakfast cereals very good for me as I have a dairy problem…great…

Nice easy to navigate website, huge saving with the sale and speedy service, can't fault them. I've used their products before so chuffed.

I ordered a "build your own box" of these to give them a try for better breakfast and snacking options. I got a mix of the oats, bars and protein flapjack. Unfortunately I've not been able to stomach more than a bite of each because none of them taste like the flavours I ordered; they all just taste like peanuts which I cannot stand, and this was not made obvious when building the box and placing the order. If I'd have known when I wouldn't have ordered. If it's not peanut butter then it's peanut flour or actual peanuts thrown into the mix. You realise other flavours and ingredients exist right? Very disappointing and a complete waste of food and money.

I would love to give this company a 5 star review, but after my experience I’ve had that is simply not possible. I ordered something end of October (2 months ago now), and while I would have appreciated an excuse of any kind on why my order hasn’t arrived, after emailing THREE times over the matter of a month and a half, I still haven’t had a reply. I know issues happen, but as a company you should be able to provide customer service, at least after a week or two. From my experience with tribe, you place an order and then never hear anything again. There is no number you can call either for not getting a reply. Very poor service.

Love the brand, fan of the bars for sure!

We love almost all the bars flavours, they have a huge selection, which is a plus!

Very quick turnaround between ordering and delivery. The product arrived solidly packaged and letterbox-friendly. The protein bar was absolutely delicious and much higher quality than other bars I've eaten in the past. This is my third Tribe order, and will keep ordering from them as I love their products.

Legitimately the WORST customer service I have ever been through. They take ages to reply and when they did reply it was like they were replying to a different email and not mine. I customised my box and they sent me an entire box of the same product/same flavour instead of the 6 different products I chose. Canceled my subscription as soon as I realised they would be of no help.
